Fibre is subject to availability at your address. Check the network operators' coverage maps below to see if they reach you.
Not sure, or can't find your address? Send us your details and our local Kouga team will check coverage for you.
Upgrade or downgrade your package, take your connection with you when you move, or add a second site — all online, no printing or scanning needed.
Upgrade or downgrade your fibre package. Upgrades take 24–48 hours.
Moving house or office? Take your fibre connection with you.
Add a fibre line at a second premises to your existing account.
Need to give notice instead? You can cancel your service online.
We're sorry to see you go. Your notice period starts on the day we receive this request and your service ends on the same day next month (cancel on the 1st and it ends at the end of that month). Your normal monthly invoice covers the current month; if the notice period runs into the next month you will receive a pro-rata invoice on the 1st for the days up to your termination date (cancel on 15 October, for example, and your service ends on 15 November — on 1 November you receive a pro-rata invoice for 1–15 November). The fibre router remains the property of True Technologies and must be returned (within 14 days of the cancellation taking effect) or purchased; the ONT and termination point remain the property of the fibre network operator. Where your business package carries a 1-year contract term, the cancellation is subject to that agreement. If you pay by debit order through us, closing your account cancels that debit order automatically once your final invoice is settled — there is nothing extra to do at your bank.
Upgrades are applied within 24–48 hours of receiving your request. Downgrades take effect after the 30-day notice period required by the fibre network operator (MetroFibre / Openserve) and are subject to the contract term of your business package. The new monthly fee is billed pro-rata from the effective date. This request is an addendum to your Memorandum of Agreement — all other terms stay unchanged. Packages are subject to availability from your fibre network operator.
Take your fibre connection with you. A once-off activation fee applies at the new address — R575 for packages up to 100 Mbps or R865 for 150 Mbps and upR850 for business fibre — plus any additional hardware required or recommended. MetroFibre promotion: no activation fee on Fibre-to-the-Home moves on the MetroFibre network until 31 December 2026. We'll check fibre coverage at the new address first and then book the move with you.
Add a fibre line at a second premises to your existing account. Each site has its own package: the standard once-off activation fee and the monthly fee of the package you choose apply per site, and all the terms of your existing agreement apply to the new installation. We'll check fibre coverage at the additional address first and confirm the fees before booking the installation.
